All About Aliyah

This girl had a very special few weeks!

She really wanted a birthday party with her school friends. (We were lucky with Max, with his being in October he never had a real set group of school friends yet).  We invited a few others who would be around during the day too and we were really lucky to have beautiful weather!

Her pick of a rainbow unicorn theme!

Porch Pool needed to be moved to the back yard this year.  It was too heavy for the front porch and the kids are too big and active to have it there. It's working out perfectly to have it out in the back yard.  Between that and the new swing set Nate's director gave us our back yard is one fun place!

This girl took some birthday money to pick out metallic paints to paint her toys with!  She even found the exact brand the girl in her videos uses!  She did NOT get this from me lol!

What she REALLY wanted was a pool party.  Since the pool wasn't up set during party #1 this lucky girl had TWO parties.  This one was with our family friends.  It started off with a thunderstorm but luckily cleared up enough for some swimming!

Will be missing the Gudeman's as they leave for the mission field!

Her last day of school and last show and tell and she picked her Uncle Kris Air Force Bear to bring, sweet!

Pre-school graduation.  Thanks to special friend Vera for coming to watch!

Can't say enough great things about the 3 years we've had with Miss Holly and this wonderful school.  God blessed us with this find for sure!

No idea where she learned that!

her buddy Macy!

What do you want to be when you grow up?

And this guy!  Last day of the big K. We couldn't be more proud of all he's learned and how well he did this year.  He got ALL green checks, as in no discipline all year.  He was thrilled to have his best buddy Jacob in his class too.  His teacher was wonderful.  With all my hesitations of sending him to the public school we could not have had a better experience!

Max had a really tough beginning of summer.  He got strep over Memorial Day weekend, then a 3 wek GI bug which lead to arthritic debilitating hives.  It took a while but except for a lingering cough he's pretty much back to normal and we're taking a do-over!  They were so excited to see this movie and he deserved it!

Happy Father's Day!

Got in a game of Father's Day kickball with friends!

Some arts and crafts with mom-mom.
