Always an amazing weekend with some of our besties!  Thankful for another beautiful weekend of outdoor fun!

Wonderful week in GA

We had never been to GA in the summer before so this was a treat.  Since Grandma Melody moved downt here now too we miss out Myrtle Beach week but were happy to have a week in GA during the summer, especially with the big kids being off school.  The week was beautiful and we had lots of river, lake, pool, outdoor and cousin fun!  The grown ups had a great time visiting too and we even got to celebrate Great Grandma Nancy's 94th birthday a week early.   We drove straight through both ways and it was a long but pretty drive through the Smokey Mountains.  Nate even had to work a few days from down there, one of which I took the kids in to see my dad for the day and they enjoyed some pool time with Bella!  It was a week making sweet memories!

The town center had an event for the 50th anniversary of the moon landing so the kids got to make their own rockets and then launch them.
